Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have no signs of wear, damage, or odor
- Include original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
All items are inspected upon return. Items that do not meet these standards will be sent back.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we offer exchanges based on availability. If your requested size is sold out, you may choose a refund. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at eyal@thebhbrand.shop.
Final Sale Items
Limited drops, promotional items, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at eyal@thebhbrand.shop, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
