Sales Final & Store Credit

Overview
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, fit, or buyer's remorse. This policy helps us keep limited drops fair and operations sustainable.
Store credit
In limited circumstances, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion after we review your request. Store credit is never guaranteed. Email us for details and include your order number and clear photos if the issue is about the product you received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eyal@thebhbrand.shop with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a fair resolution (which may include replacement, store credit, or another remedy we determine appropriate).
Final sale items
Limited drops, promotions, markdowns, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
